Include a pinch of black pepper in the diet to reduce weight and reduce wrinkles

 – Boil 8-10 black peppers in water and rinse with that water.  This will also eliminate the throat infection.

 -Piperin in black pepper increases blood circulation.  This relieves muscle pain.  Heat the oil slightly and mix black pepper in it and massage the back and shoulders.  Black pepper is also beneficial in arthritis.
